Inspirit completes acquisition of ellio

Inspirit Capital, the specialist investor in corporate carve-outs, is pleased to announce that the acquisition of ellio from Capita plc has now completed.

Formerly Capita plc’s private sector contact centre business, Management and Inspirit are excited to launch ellio as an independent customer experience business with an established team of 7,000 specialists and over 30 years of operational expertise. Ellio serves household brand clients and operates across a number of territories including the UK, Ireland, Germany, and Switzerland. The company combines deep expertise in regulated sectors with the ability to manage complex operations at scale, driven by a commitment to continuously investing in its workforce.

Ellio launches with a robust financial structure backed by its shareholder, Inspirit Capital, which has ambitious growth plans for the business. The next phase of ownership will see ellio continue to deliver value and excellent service for its clients.
