Inspirit Capital, a specialist investor in corporate carve-outs, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Converge Technology Solutions UK (“Converge UK”), a leading UK provider of sustainable IT solutions and lifecycle services.

Founded in 1991, Converge UK has built a strong reputation in the United Kingdom as a trusted provider of end-to-end technology solutions to a broad customer base across the public, private, and education sectors. Today, the business generates revenues in excess of £150m by supporting organisations throughout their digital transformation journeys, offering a full circular IT procurement model spanning hardware supply, managed services, and IT asset disposal and recycling.

With a well-established presence in the UK and long-standing partnerships with leading global technology providers, Converge UK is recognised for its high-quality service delivery, sustainability-led approach, and deep customer relationships.

Inspirit Capital is a London-based investment firm that specialises in acquiring businesses that are no longer core to their parent company’s strategic objectives and require a different ownership structure to achieve their full potential.

Ed Beazley, Investment Manager at Inspirit Capital, commented:

“Converge UK is a high-quality business with a strong market position, differentiated through its sustainable, end-to-end lifecycle offering and deep customer relationships. We are delighted to be supporting the company as it embarks on its next phase of growth as an independent business. This transaction reflects Inspirit’s expertise in successfully delivering carve-outs, and we look forward to working closely with the management team to build on Converge UK’s strong foundations and capitalise on the significant opportunities ahead.”

Tim Westbrook, MD at Converge UK, added:
