Aquest consists of Conexia Limited, a provider of outsourced HR and payroll services to the UK public and private sector, Peregrine International Limited, who help their customers recruit, train, deploy and develop their workforce, ThirtyThree LLP, an Employer Branding specialist that helps clients attract, develop and retain talent around the globe and Veredus, who deliver top-tier permanent and interim executive talent, along with comprehensive assessment and research services. Collectively they deliver to multinational corporate, SME and public sector clients operating across a wide variety of industry sectors.
Inspirit acquired Aquest (previously known as Modular People Solutions), from Capita Plc. through a complex corporate carve-out in May 2023.
Investment Manager
Rebecca joined Inspirit Capital in 2022. She has a BSc (Honours) in International Business from Loughborough University and is also a Chartered Accountant, having qualified at KPMG.
Prior to joining Inspirit Capital, Rebecca worked at KPMG within the Transaction Services Financial Services team where she advised corporate and private equity clients on buy-side, sell-side and capital markets transactions.
