CWind is a leading crew transfer vessel operator to the offshore wind market. It completes approximately 60,000 crew transfers annually, and its fleet includes the world’s first hybrid Surface Effect Ship, CWind Pioneer.
CWind Ltd was sold by Inspirit Capital to AES Group, a leading provider of sustainable energy solutions, in October 2023, after previously being part of the Global Marine Group.
Investment Director
Paul joined the Inspirit team in August 2020 and focuses on both new deals and portfolio management. Prior to Inspirit, Paul spent nearly seven years at KPMG, including the latter four in the Private Equity Transaction Services team, where he gained significant experience in complex corporate carve-out transactions across a wide variety of industries. Paul is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds an undergraduate degree in Geography from the University of Exeter.
