KLG provides high quality language education and cultural immersion experiences. Comprised of Kaplan International Languages, Alpadia Language Schools, and Azurlingua, KLG operates more than 20 language schools in eight countries, delivering professional, academic and language travel programmes in English, French and German. In addition, ESL Education, the language travel agency, maintains a portfolio of 200+ partner destinations worldwide for learning 17 languages. KLG’s students range in age from juniors through to mature 50+ and come from 140 countries.
Inspirit carved out the business from Kaplan, Inc. in May 2026.
Investment Director
Paul joined the Inspirit team in August 2020 and focuses on both new deals and portfolio management. Prior to Inspirit, Paul spent nearly seven years at KPMG, including the latter four in the Private Equity Transaction Services team, where he gained significant experience in complex corporate carve-out transactions across a wide variety of industries. Paul is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds an undergraduate degree in Geography from the University of Exeter.
