Operating across 11 countries, the business plays a vital role in addressing the global skills gaps in high-demand areas of technology and business. mthree has a leading talent sourcing and selection operation, with access to diverse talent around the globe, and delivers bespoke training through its Academy. Beyond its core early-career HTD services, mthree provides customised training programs to reskill clients' existing workforces, enhancing employee retention and helping employers address internal skill gaps in an increasingly competitive global labour market. Additionally, mthree supplies high-impact experienced professionals to lead teams and bring in necessary expertise.
Inspirit carved out the business from Wiley in June 2024.
Investment Director
Paul joined the Inspirit team in August 2020 and focuses on both new deals and portfolio management. Prior to Inspirit, Paul spent nearly seven years at KPMG, including the latter four in the Private Equity Transaction Services team, where he gained significant experience in complex corporate carve-out transactions across a wide variety of industries. Paul is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds an undergraduate degree in Geography from the University of Exeter.
