Previously trading as BillerudKorsnäs Beetham Ltd (part of BillerudKorsnäs AB), Pelta Medical Papers was acquired by Inspirit through a complex corporate carve-out in October 2021. Subsequently, in November 2024 Inspirit acquired Coldenhove Paper BV from Mativ Holdings Inc. In July 2025, Pelta was acquired by Morfa Industrial Group and Coldenhove was sold to a consortium of private investors.

Arnie joined Inspirit Capital in 2023 from William Blair’s Services & Industrials Investment Banking team, where he advised on several successful buyside and sellside M&A transactions.
Prior to this experience, he worked in KPMG’s Transaction Services group, having initially qualified as a management accountant (CIMA) while working in KPMG’s Management Consulting group.
Arnie holds an undergraduate degree in English Literature from the University of St Andrews.
