Vysus is an engineering and technical consultancy offering specialist asset performance, risk management and project management expertise across complex industrial assets, energy assets (oil and gas, nuclear, renewables), the energy transition, rail and road.
Vysus is the new name for the global Energy Division of Lloyd’s Register, which Inspirit acquired through a complex multi-jurisdictional corporate carve-out in October 2020.
Portfolio Director
Callum joined Inspirit Capital in July 2024 to lead on strategic projects and value creation initiatives within the portfolio. He was previously a Director in the Teneo Financial Advisory team, which he joined following its acquisition of Deloitte’s UK restructuring services business.
Callum is a Chartered Accountant and an Associate of the Institute for Turnaround. He has over 15 years’ experience partnering with management teams to navigate transactions and periods of change. His experience also includes secondments into senior finance roles within corporates and to the portfolio management team at LDC.
