Partner
Will has a market-leading track record in UK private equity. Prior to Inspirit, Will held senior positions at Aurelius Equity Opportunities and Hilco Capital.
Will specialises in corporate carve-outs and special situations. He has led numerous transactions spanning a wide variety of industries, but has significant experience in industrials, retail and business services.
Earlier in his career, Will qualified as a Chartered Accountant at KPMG.

Partner
Albert has more than 20 years’ experience in private equity, restructuring and M&A, developed primarily at Allegro Funds, Australia’s leading transformational private equity firm, and more recently at London based turnaround investment firm Agathos.
With deep board level experience in business transformation and cultural improvement, Albert has led investments in sectors including leisure, business services, industrials and healthcare. As well as generating strong returns for investors, Albert is proud that the businesses he has invested in have generally continued to prosper beyond the period of his involvement.
Albert qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG London, before emigrating to Australia where he joined the founders of Allegro Funds as their first employee in 2004.
What I love about what we do is the journey we embark on when we make a new investment, and the deep relationships we form with the portfolio company teams along the way. In the investments we make, the journey is rarely linear but that is what keeps it exciting!
Investment Manager
Paul joined the Inspirit team in August 2020 and focuses on both new deals and portfolio management. Prior to Inspirit, Paul spent nearly seven years at KPMG, including the latter four in the Private Equity Transaction Services team, where he gained significant experience in complex corporate carve-out transactions across a wide variety of industries. Paul is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds an undergraduate degree in Geography from the University of Exeter.
I enjoy the challenge of understanding and tackling complexity, and greatly look forward to working and collaborating with ambitious management teams to realise their strategic visions and achieve collective success.
Investment Manager
Benedicte joined Inspirit from Alvarez & Marsal’s Private Equity Performance Improvement team in London. She has 8 years’ experience from transaction advisory, management consulting, operations, and corporate development. She has worked across a range of sectors such as chemicals, aerospace, retail, and building materials.
During her time at A&M, Benedicte worked on numerous engagements for leading mid- and large-cap European PE firms, both post- and pre-deal. Her work included operational due diligences, carve-out assessments, rapid diagnostics and post-merger integrations.
Prior to A&M, she was at Pöyry Management Consulting, where she worked for some of the leading global bio-based building material companies, implementing continuous improvement methodologies and developing market strategies.
Benedicte is a Norwegian national and holds a M.Sc. in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).

Investment Associate
Rebecca joined Inspirit Capital in 2022. She has a BSc (Honours) in International Business from Loughborough University and is also a Chartered Accountant, having qualified at KPMG.
Prior to joining Inspirit Capital, Rebecca worked at KPMG within the Transaction Services Financial Services team where she advised corporate and private equity clients on buy-side, sell-side and capital markets transactions.
Investment Associate
Arnie joined Inspirit Capital in 2023 from William Blair’s Services & Industrials Investment Banking team, where he advised on several successful buyside and sellside M&A transactions.
Prior to this experience, he worked in KPMG’s Transaction Services group, having initially qualified as a management accountant (CIMA) while working in KPMG’s Management Consulting group.
Arnie holds an undergraduate degree in English Literature from the University of St Andrews.
Operations Manager
Kate joined Inspirit in early 2022 and acts as the operations manager for our central London office.
Prior to Inspirit, Kate spent nine years as an Investor Relations marketing analyst at The Blackstone Group, London, responsible for supporting business development, fund marketing & events for the Private Equity team.
Before joining Blackstone, Kate worked as an analyst in the Corporate Access team at Credit Suisse.
